1. ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

All content within the Offering—including but not limited to videos, text, workbooks, graphics, logos, taglines, audio, and community content—is owned or licensed by Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

Download or print materials solely for your own participation.

You may not:

Share, resell, or distribute your login or access with anyone.

Reproduce, copy, modify, or republish any content in part or in full.

Claim our intellectual property as your own.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and/or damages.

3. MEMBER CONTENT AND CONTRIBUTIONS

By posting, sharing, or submitting any content (comments, videos, photos, testimonials, etc.) on our platforms—including community groups, chats, and calls—you grant Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for business and marketing purposes, unless you explicitly revoke permission in writing.

You must own the rights to any content you share. You release us from any claims related to the use of your submitted content, including your name, likeness, or image.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy but cannot guarantee complete confidentiality within group settings (e.g., community calls, chat groups). By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of other members and not share their information or contributions outside the group.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to pay the price listed at checkout for the Offering you purchase. Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are subject to their terms. You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date. Payment terms are $179/month for a minimum of three months, with option to continue after that at same rate of $179/month.

Recurring Payments

If you purchase a subscription or membership with recurring billing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel. You may cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not retroactively refund past payments.

Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the digital and experiential nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution first may result in loss of access to the Offering and collection of unpaid amounts, including recovery costs and legal fees.

6. DISCLAIMERS

Our Offering is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own results, decisions, and actions.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income, relationships, or other outcomes. Testimonials and case studies are examples only. Your experience will vary based on individual factors outside of our control.

7. TECHNOLOGY & ACCESS

We use third-party platforms and technology to deliver the Offering. While we take reasonable steps to maintain access, we are not responsible for downtime, outages, or third-party failures beyond our control.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Offering at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive or harmful behavior, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our community.

9. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
